We ship between 5-10 working days after the payment has been received. Once the jacket has been handed over to the courier company we will immediately send you the tracking number. We only provide expedite shipment, so the jacket will either be sent through FedEx or DHL Generally shipping takes between 3-5 business days to reach (after order is shipped), but in case of any holiday, unexpected calamity or custom delay we are not responsible for the delay. Customs duty is obligation and liability of a citizen in your country, so buyer should be responsible for any any tax and custom duty incurred. Generally, the delay or failure delivery is sometimes caused by the policy of different customs. We will NOT be responsible for any failure delivery related destination customs issue.

If you are not happy with the product you have received you can always return our product within 7 days after you have received the product. The returned product should be in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged). You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
